Acceptance of terms

Service description
The service lets clients of Mimi Insurance Agency report claims, request quotes, upload documents, ask general questions, and reach emergency assistance options. It is provided to support, not replace, your direct relationship with your broker and insurer.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and use the service only for its intended insurance-support purpose. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Software license
Subject to these terms, Mimi Insurance Agency grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for the sole purpose of managing your insurance relationship with Mimi Insurance Agency. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its content.
No warranty
The service, including any AI assistant guidance, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It does not decide coverage, liability, claim value, approval, or rejection. A broker or insurer must confirm those matters.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mimi Insurance Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Emergency disclaimer
The service is not a substitute for local emergency services. In an emergency, always contact local emergency responders first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
